This mixed use facility project, beautifully designed by Bob Gehricke and Ricky Mason, fell apart with the economy in 2009. Besides creating an elegant mix of modern and traditional elements, their design would have provided for the preservation, integration, and renovation of an existing, and much neglected, historic structure on the property.
