This started out as a modified self portrait. The original working title was 'Semiotics'; signs, symbol, meaning, mythologies. 
Later it became 'Hello Dali' as it became more surreal. It is a commentary on the world I find myself living in
and may be construed as something to offend everyone without a sense of absurdity and humor.  

I have gotten a generally positive response from a broad range of personalities and political persuasions.
No one has yet gotten upset.  I've been told that, "It makes you think..." in a good way.

Rather than a fortuitous snapshot, or a 'frankenstein' cobbled together from numerous photos, this piece is a 'neurotic'.
